February 2009! WOW!! It has been a long time....

It seems time just flys by faster and faster. Work keeps me so busy, I don't get much time to stamp and make cards.

Here are just a few cards that I made a few months back, when I actually had a whole day to make cards.

This card is made with Stampin' Up! new In-Colors: Soft Suede, Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay.

But here are a few cards that I made when I visited with Angie. We were playing with our Big Shots...

The card below was made using the little leaves and many thanks sizzlits dies.

This card was done with the medallion background stamped in versamark and embossed with clear embossing powder and then sponged with different colors. I love this stamp. You can use this stamp for all kinds of things.

This card used the Top Note Bigz Dies.

WOW!! Some more new cards...Had to case a few cards to get me started.

This was a productive Friday...Got to have the house all to my self and took the day off work to PLAY!!
The next two cards are made with the Priceless stamp set and the aida cloth background stamp.
Wish you could see the bling on the card...

The next 4 cards are done with the Eastern Bloom stamp sets. One of my favorite sets right now. Can you tell?

Our last Club Meeting in November...

Here are the three cards that we did during our last club meeting at April's.

This is made with the Eastern Blooms set using basic grey, and riding hood red cardstock. Classic inks used were riding hood red, kiwi kiss, basic gray, and baja breeze. Also did some paper piercing.

The next set was the Cardinal Christmas. I did the faux stained glass technique by stampin on vellum cardstock and embossing clear powder over the chocolate chip craft ink. Then used markers to color the back side of the vellum.

This is one of the images from the A Flower for All Seasons set. I thought these were really cute images.

Halloween with Julian

Julian turned 4 months old on the 24th of October and celebrated his first Halloween. I picked out his "first" costume which was the traditional pumpkin and then when I made another trip to a Target in Tucson, I found another costume I just could not resist!!

He wore the pumpkin the day before at a school funtion, Halloween Fun Night at the local elementary school. I don't have a picture to post of him with a smiling.

I have some more pics in his next costume that he actually wore on Halloween and it barely fit him!! Only 4 months old and already 17-1/2 pounds!!
